This offering is designed for anyone who wants undivided attention. That might be someone recovering from surgery, a disc injury, or a joint replacement who needs careful, guided movement. It might be a prenatal or postnatal client whose body is changing and needs a program that changes with it. It could be an athlete looking for sport-specific mobility and stability work. Or it could simply be someone who prefers one-on-one instruction and wants a program built entirely around their goals. If group classes feel too fast, too generic, or you need modifications that go beyond what a group setting allows, privates are the right path.

Problems it solves

Private sessions exist because not everything can be addressed in a group class. Specific injuries that need careful progression and constant monitoring. Post-surgical rehab where the stakes of doing an exercise wrong are high. Prenatal concerns like diastasis recti, pelvic floor weakness, or round ligament pain. Chronic pain patterns that haven't responded to generic exercise programs. Performance goals that require a custom training plan. Your instructor will assess your movement, identify what's not working, and build a program from scratch. Every session is documented so we can track your progress over time.

Transformation you'll experience

Your first private session starts with a full movement assessment. We look at how you stand, how you hinge, how your shoulders and hips move under load, and where your stability breaks down. From there, your instructor designs a program specific to your body. Each session builds on the last. You'll work on the reformer, the mat, and potentially the Wunda chair or barrel depending on what you need. You'll receive clear homework between sessions so your progress doesn't stall. And because it's one-on-one, every minute is productive.

Payment options

  • Single session: $120

  • 4-session pack: $440 (save $40)

  • 10-session pack: $1,050 (save $150)

  • Rehab and pre/postnatal clients: we recommend starting with a 4-session pack to allow enough time for assessment and meaningful progression

  • Your instructor can also liaise directly with your physio, osteo, or obstetrician if needed
