It's ideal for beginners who want to learn proper Pilates technique before progressing to the reformer, experienced movers who want to strip things back to the basics and refine their control, anyone who prefers bodyweight training over equipment, and people who want a class they can replicate at home between studio sessions. This class is intentionally slower and more focused than Reformer Flow. It's not easier. It's more precise.
